    It would be ideal if we could get some reform for medical malpractice that would not limit the patient to their rights. At the same time we need to have some reform so that we don't run into a doctor shortage because of high medical malpractice insurance premiums. (see: http://www.equotemd.com/blog ). Caps are only used because they provide quick relief to medical malpractice rates. Then they tend to get shot down since they are unconstitutional. Let's see if we can some original ideas for reform.
