1. Fish Oil Does What?

    WTF - It's good to take... it's not good to take... last year Men talking multiple vitamins was BAD... now Fish Oil causes Colon Cancer.

    Is the health industry that markets and sells their SUPPLEMENTS just a waste?   I do not get it.

    I thought Fish Oil was one of the good guys to take.

    I feel so CONFUSED.
