    Linoleic acid is the main catalyst in producing atherosclerosis blockages in the heart.  Read "Beyond Cholesterol", and "Do Seed Oils Cause Heart Attacks?" by Tucker Goodrich.  Scientists have known for decades but the oil industry has stifled the evidence and muzzled the media.  Go back to eating tallow and lard if you want a healthy heart.
