    Dr Jensen- learning about pain mechanisms has done little to help people in pain. PRognostic biomarkers and diagnostic biomarkers for any pain condition are lacking. Your biomedical approach is a failure- especially given the ever rising prevalence of pain due to arthritis, low back pain and neuropathic pain. We all know the occupational strategies of biomedical researchers and the frequent boasting of how much they understand about pain mechanisms- but, again, this has served the good of researchers and not the public.
