I was wearing a catheter as a result of a much-enlarged prostate.  Prior to that being installed, I could not eliminate liquid, then solid waste (for 48-60 hrs).  I had a prostatectomy at St. Elizabeth Hosp. in Edgewood Ky. by a surgeon named MICHAEL DUSING of the Urology Group and St. E's, on 8/21/12.  He used a HOMIUM LASER and I kept a daily log of my experience.  After the surgery, I walked to my car and went home with no pain.  Even though he gave me a prescription for pain medication, there was never any pain.  I wrote him a letter of "THANKS" along with  my daily log on 12/13/12 and told him that he could make copies and give to anyone that he wished.  I'm a retired Polce Officer, Investigator, Supervisor, Chief.  I don't report things in a sloppy manner and I don't exagerate.  Now, EVERYTHING is normal except that Urination is better than it has ever been IN MY LIFE and, while ejaculation was into the bladder (just as enjoyable, but nothing came out the penis) until 1/19/13, it is now through the Penis.  It's difficult to get a 100% grade from me in anything, but I feel compelled to tell any man who is experiencing the same problems as I had, exactly what I experienced.  Talk about a completely satisfied customer, I am one !   Mark Brown 859-344-0308....1/20/13
