1. RLS and medications

    I am 89 years old, with peripheral neuropathy. Had back surgery 5 years ago. Have developed bad case of RLS. Took Pramipexole for 31/2 months. Developed shortness of breath while lying in bed and irregular heartbeat. Doc says my pacemaker is just fine. Is puzzled about these symptoms. Just recently suspected this medication as the cause. Will relate this to my doctor when I receive the results of my 24 hr monitor and echocardiac exam Would like to know if anyone else has experienced this, while on Pramipexole.
