    You quote the BHE thusly: "... Public Health England that smoking is 95% more dangerous..." when what they actually said was: "... vaping is a fraction of the risk of smoking, at least 95% less harmful...".  If you're really bad at math, you might think that is the same thing -- but it's not.  You're misquoting them, and you didn't even both to add that report to the citations.
