1. No reliable food allergy tests

    I recently became aware of allergic reactions to foods and hoped to get help to identify the foods to which I am allergic.

    In Jamaica there are few medical doctors specialising in allergies.

    The one I did see told me that tests for food allergies are not reliable.

    So, looks like I can get no help in Jamaica.
