    Hi, I have ADHD and take prescription medication for it. Also, I found another most important factor that has a role in our ability to focus, stay on task and make decisions and follow thru with them: it is called the Reticular Activating System, located in the brainstem.
    It is the ignition for our minds, the "go" influence.
