    What is "the wrong time"? I believe it is different for each person. We have genetically coded different sleep patterns, diurnal rhythms and many other uniquenesses. Also, these change with season and environment. Our ancestors did not extend daylight until late at night. Really, we need to rely much, much more on biofeedback and much, much less on traditional "expert advice".
