This is insanity run amok.  There is no need for this type of drug.  Although I do not agree with mixing meds with Acetaminophen if possible, there are other pain meds on the market such as Fentanyl which can do the job and not become a potential for such blantant misuse.  Due to a severe sonal injury I have been on Fentanyl for about 3 months due to the fact that I am allergice to almost all opiod pain medications, and this has done a great job without the risk of giving someone a chance to steal it and morph it into a "Super High".  There is also Butrans which is very similar, in a patch form and cannot be morphed.  People do not need such stron pain killers and I am weaning myself off of the one I am on.  A good healthy diet, moderate exercise and quiet meditation can achieve the same benefit as a powerful pain pill.  This medication should be limited to hospital use only.  The world has become too dependent on a cheap and quick fix.  Pain can be controlled in many ways that do not include narcotics.  I am so glad I am getting off the meds and realizing that there is so much life to live and it is better lived with a clear mind.
