    Yet another load of well-meaning fluff to allegedly support stressed out healthcare staff...I will file this one alongside free pilates and yogas classes for nursers, until such time I see credible research evidence. No idea why news-medical supports these charlatans. There are much better interventions with RCT and research evidence to support stress at work, such as those provided in Finland based on ACT.
