    i stopped taking my antipsychotics, pain, anxiety meds.  between last 2 trips to dr, 16 days apart, i lost 4 lbs!  highest weight last year was 224, now i am 182.  am i manic?  sure maybe a little!  but i'd rather use alternative natural methods than get diabetes heart attack etc!  please NOTE:  i have kept my doctor up-to-date and well informed with monthly visits.  all treatments are dr supervised and approved for ME!  do what is best for you.  best wishes.
