    Volkow and NIH- they are great at giving tax dollars to their friends in research and medicine- without regard to the public good. In fact they make the tautology that giving money to their friends is good. No wonder osteoarthritis, diabetes, neuropathic conditions are rapidly on the rise- but that doesnt seem to matter to Volkow or NIH- as long as they and their friends are well paid the public good is not their problem.
