    I am a 50 yo female, TT 2014, PTC stage IVC. I have recently been diagnosed with mets in both lungs (13 total), as well as mets in the liver, and most recently, spinal metastases. The question is, which available treatment will offer the best possible palliative care. I have zero desire to offer up a moment to treatments that would not be efficacious; rather, I want an elusive honest answer. What will add QUALITY to the time remaining, not quantity spent suffering over one bowl or another. Thank you in advance for thinking your answer through.
