1. UK portion sizes

    I wasn’t seeing any change in portion sizes in the UK in fact Waitrose meat stall refused to sell me 50g portion of meat as often like to have only a small amount here & there but not possible to buy such portions as packages are roughly 400-500g unless deli processed meats quite not right to consume in my opinion but people often have no choice these days as work hours are seriously long and no politicians honestly seeking to improve public health
