    Brazilian Blowout has said that the person who made the complaint was no certified by them, and the salon which provided the solution has not ordered any since January but stated they received it in August.  Clearly some inconsistencies worthy of questioning the source of the samples that were tested.

    BB has also asserted they stand by their formaldehyde-free statement and that their manufacturer does the same.  This is visible from their home page.

    Just to inform people of the other side of the story...there are always at least two.
