    Enough with suppressing the immune system, focus on remyelination.  Give us our lives back first, then work on a cure, if there is one.  Depleting our B cells is just wrong.  You will need them someday and then what?  I've been in a wheelchair for 7-8 years and that alone has caused more health issues than the MS.  From the research I've done, this route would be quicker, safer, and maybe even cheaper.
