... in response to Treatment of vertigo
  1. Hiram Leonard Claytor Sr. Hiram Leonard Claytor Sr. United States says:

I am a 30 yr. Amry Vet.  I have BPPV and at times seriously.  My Vertigo sometimes last a few days and other times a few weeks.  When I have it bad I can't sit or stand or lay flat.  It is miserable because I am half sitting hal standing just to get the room to stop moving.  I think it comes on when I use my hearing aids.  I also have tinittus and a few other hearing problems, plus glaucoma and some eye conditions I can't pronounce.  The best cure for me is the exercises given by my therapist using my fingers to direct my eyes and a eye chart where I have to move my eyes at diferent rates and times.  What is the cure? Nobody seems to know and my doctor can't tell me either?
