To give this research a complete coverage, I suggest that Professor Trond Ø. Jørgensen, Director of MabCent may consider collaborating with scientists in the tropical regions of the world also and extend the bioprospecting to include the warm waters of the tropics as well as the rich plant resources of thr tropical rain forests.  Nigeria, for example has an Institue of Oceanography where interested researchers can be found. My laboratory at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria, has also recently launched a research on antiviral medicina plant extracts motivated by the need to look also in that direction for anti-retroviral drugs.  The prospects of the latter research are encouraging.
