    I don't know too many people who'd be willing to participate in a study that includes continued long term use of bisphosphonates which could ultimately make their osteoporosis worse! People already have such a distrust of medicine and physicians. Unfortunately, in medicine, it seems the cure frequently causes more problems or can cause the very problem it's meant to remedy.
