I hate to break it to ya, but as a child I abused Aspartame in Sweet & Low I wanted to be like Daddy except coffee was actually gross tasting to me at as young as five years old so I’d sneak up to 7 or 9 packets in my cup to combat the bittnerness and yeah, you can figure out the rest . I chose Viome to text for my food sensitivities and couldn’t even manage to produce a single solid or semi solid for over six months to even send back to the lab to submit my test results …. Lately I’ve found street medicating with a low dose of any opiate makes me as “normal” as I’ve ever been so blessed to experience… of course minus the occasional bout of constipation that will literally blow anyone’s mind that a baseball can fit through a key hole ! I have even heard horror stories of people having to use spoons to get things moving , Yeesh! Good luck everyone out there …
