... in response to Color-deficiency or color-blindness?
  1. I see colors but I just tell people that I have different names for them.

    That's all I can say when some one tries to correct me that that yellow is green or green is brown or whatever. I live with it but it has denied me so many career choices that I now feel that it is the one disability that employers can discriminate me for. If you have normal color vision and you have a color blind friend do them a favor and not try to correct them when they see a color wrong. I mean think about it, will you telling them they saw it wrong suddenly fix their eyes so they see it correctly the next time, your only insulting us in doing so.
