    My congestion is like a sand timer, when i lie down, facing to the right side, right nostril block and when i switch position to the left, my right nosetril unblock and my left nostril block due to the gravity, i'm suffering for this symptoms for almost a decade, ent doctor said i have a nasopharyngeal mass other ent doctor said i have deviated septum and enlarge turbinates. Once i feel a relief when the ent doctor spray a decongestan on a cotton ball and insert on my nose and i feel a 6 hour relief, now my question is how i can get over this symptoms and have a quality sleep?
