I feel for both of you and understand your pain. I'm considering lasik myself and was told by my surgeon yesterday that I have a bit dry eyes. However, they don't bother me unless i wear contact lenses for 10 hours or dont sleep the whole night. But apart from the worst case scenario i am afraid of developing chronic eyes. However, although being a naturally born worries, i refuse to be be put off by the surgery and whatever the happens, i will try try to do my best to get the good outcome.


Have you tried flaxseed, omega 3 and 6 fish oil, scrubbing eye lids, warm compresses, drinking plenty of (warm) water, punctual plugs, restasis,alternative caused of you dry eyes etc? theres plenty of info on the Internet and i really hope you find soon a relief. All the best.
