    Did you go to an ME/CFS specific specialist? I think it's somewhat rare to get all that help? GET/CBS are BS for true ME/CFS. I am just now, at 7 mos into a major relapse, able to do some gentle physical therapy without significantly worsening but with some improved functioning despite some increased pain at times. SOO thankful to now be a patient of Dr. Peterson and be part of research out of Simmaron Research Foundation there.
