    I am a member of Michigan Public School Employees Retirement System. As of 6/7/10 I have been stonewalled by Catalyst Rx. For about 20 yrs. I have had an Rx for migraine headaches filled by BC/BS. Over the objections and appeals of my doctor, Catalyst Rx has limited my access to this medicine to the point that I am forced to go to the hospital emergency room for treatment with the same generic drug. Meanwhile it took 45 days to send me a copy of the fax they sent to my doctor, and they still have NOT sent me a copy of their appeal procedure.
