    I don't think it about the level it about the dose high doses and if you keep taking the high dose once a week or once every 2 weeks 50,000 iu it a hormone/steroid and it works like medicine wish the medical system was up to date and not about money fact is i have not been sick in 10 years my back and leg pain is pretty much gone mu joints pain gone and more all if i take my vitamin d
