    I have had the opportunity to work with Jeff at the ACHAP board meetings in Gaborone, Botswana. Global Health Council, you have appointed the right person, at the right time for the global health needs. I am confident that Jeff will put his excellent intellect and skills to promoting the ideals of "good health" for all especially in resource-constrained nations.
