    It has really come to countless times of warnings to people on YouTube video's that incorporate tap warm water into their nasal solution and rinse their sinuses. I have not read the instructions of a Netti pot but i am sure it does tell people to use water that has been previously boiled. Tap water is full of so many contamination and it can cause a sinus infection... people need to start taking sinusitis more seriously.
