    I take particular note about the comments - "long term reoccurring upper respiratory" problems. My local GP has finally found that strong & prolonged doses (4 tablets per day for 7-12 days) of Clarithromycin is the only option I have available as other products have become ineffective. I have had 4 reoccurrences over the last 12 months. My immune system is fair but probably affected by my mild case of CLL. I have watched CF take my daughters best friend. I offer any feed back that I may be able to provide should you desire looking to/at the lessor affected persons. Regards, Drew
