    Hello, my brother is currently in Omsk in an Oncological clinic. He has a spine tumor and we were told that doctors up there can not help him. Will you be able to help him? There is a surgery involved and possibilities of cancer cells treatment. Or maybe you can refer this case to cancer surgeons in Russia. Thank you! Natalia
