1. Taking Tamoxifen for 3 Months

    I have been on Tamoxifen for close to 3 months and around the 2nd month it started to kick in. I began feeling some rib pain in the front and back, it felt like muscle spasms where my back would tighten up and hurt so bad, and I experience stiffness in my lower back. All symptoms vary from day to day but almost always have the stiffness. I'm scared because how can I be sure this is side effects or the cancer?
