    To demonize all opioid medications and thus severely restrict their access to needy, terminally ill patients in acute pain is cruel and non-sensical. For the personal choice of a few addicts, a large patient population is being denied these very useful medicines. People are committing suicide due to unbearable pain. This whole "policy" needs rethinking.
