    I just got put in one of these!! I have a closed fracture of the distal end of my left radius. Bone doctor offered me traditional cast or this new age one. Of course, I picked this one, and so far I love it. I was in a soft cast from the Emergency room for a few days, and that was extremely uncomfortable and cumbersome. With this new brace on, it is simply wonderful. I have more flexibility, and it is surprisingly comfortable.
