    Hot sauce and anything hot like chilli actually raises your metabolism and plus adds spice and taste to the food making any food you find bland, delicious! That, in itself is already good enough! I used to have foods I didn't like eating and all I needed was some spice (I love tabasco and put that on everything) and as soon as you know it BAM I was enjoying my meals and the weight went right off!
