    Is the GelFix Implant properly used to treat the Intervertebral disc hernia L4-L5-S1? The surgical way to aply the implant includes laminectomy or his application is just locat the implante?

    I have a 56 old male patient with large intervertebral hernia very symptomatic, big pain an dynamic changes of the vertebrae column. Is this case elegible for the GelFix implant? I like to know whow much is the cost to all the procedure.The patient wants to be operated in USA, San Diego,Ca. Thanks a lot.
