    While I feel that any female 14 years or older should be able to get contraception without parental permission I also feel these girls are not stupid and they know the risks they are taking with unprotected sex. If she knew about store bought pregnancy tests then she knew about condoms. To get pregnant again 3 months later from unprotected sex is stupid. She is asking why people weren't lining up to tell her about her options. During one of her many doctor visits why didn't she ask? Personal responsibility? Once again someone trying to blame others for their irresponsibility. Sorry, no. She was headed into pre-med so obviously she took a couple of biology courses in high school.
