    Until further novel means to overcome the drug resistant seizures associated with brain tumours are found, then ketogenic diet therapy should be fully exploited to benefit this population. Our experience of KDT for adults with brain tumours and drug resistant seizures  indicates a potential to transform quality of life by alleviating fatigue and delivering control over seizures too. A low tech option with minimal adverse effects and delivering significant metabolic change!
