    ! am 72 years old, weigh 224 lbs. and active.  I take a medication that is recommended for people that have HBP.  This medications gives some minor relief of severe stuffy nose.  The antihistamine medications that I have seen are not recommended for patients with HBP.  I am assuming that my condition is caused by the build up of histamines in my sinus passages.  What course of action should I take to decrease the congestion and severe  stuffiness during the spring of the year.
