    1. My husand had a stroke involving the left MCA on September 1st. He has great improvement in the motor functions of both upper & lower extremities, right. He also has expressive aphasia. He has good improvement in this, but definitely needs a lot more Speech Therapy.
    2. I'mm greatly encouraged by the article on "Self-managed Aphasia Therapy". I would very much like to obtain for him the software for the self-managed computer therapy. just let me know where I can purchase the software.
    Your help will be greatly appreciated.
