    Did the group with the lowest congnitive ability truly not want to take the vaccine but then changed their mind and decide to get it up to the 150 day mark of the study? Or did they plan on getting from the beginning and it just took them a couple months to get around to doing it? This study indicates that lower congnitive functioning people procrastinate more.  Which supports their conclusion that making appointments could increase timely vaccines. In both higher and lower cognitive function, the unvaccinated was 20%.   The congitive ability as to getting the vaccine or not isnt shown to be a factor in this study.
