    Am disappointed that this article does not mention the role of functional neuroimaging in concussions. While more advanced structural imaging is being developed and used in these situations (eg, diffusion tensor imaging), fMRI is also being used to help guide post-concussion treatment in centers such as CognitiveFX in Utah.
