    I've had parkinson disease since 2003,  I'm taking Carbo=Leva-Dopa one half a pill every 2 1/2 hours.  It takes about an hour after taking my medicine for it to kick in.  Sometimes i shake after taking my medicine.............my question to you is that can lay down stretched out in my recliner or in bed that if I breathe through my nose and exhaust through my nose my shake stops after a few minutes.  I have done this exercise for years but I don't understand what this does to eliminate my shakes
