    In actuality, more studies over time have indicated that excessively low LDL levels have a higher correlation with PD. The problematic trials with statins clearly support that. Either way, the relationship between PD and cholesterol should be thoroughly investigated to help isolate the root of the Liver dysfunction that is responsible for Parkinson's. Isolating epigenetic changes such as these is important in research and understanding of the disease.
