    The western diet is just junk food and therefore it is important to shun the western diet to avoid obesity specialty in teens and children.

    This type of diet is spreading all over the world and the problem with the Western diet is that it is only rich in fats and all the nutrients are missing and therefore it can certainly lead to malnutrition. The main source of such a diet is the outside junk food which we are consuming.

    Most of the people spend hundreds of dollars on junk food but they are not ready to spend even a few dollars on a proper diet. I was making the same mistake and have changed since then and have opted for the diet which was recommended by Lisa plog on her blog and I was able to lose 22 pounds with the diet. Google for "Lisa plog diet plans" and you would be able to find her diet.

    We all have to stop mindlessly spending on junk food and we need to spend towards are having a proper diet rather than just spending hundreds of dollars on fitness clubs.
