1. Health care fraud

    The entire health care situation is under suspect of fraud. The reason is as an example it costs pennies to purchase a generic aspirin in a pharmacy and 5.00 is charged to the state when given to a patient in a hospital.
    Yet the State pays the bill!!
    Whose fault the pharmaceutical company, the hospital or the State?
