    I am a 56 year old 29-year USAF retiree who incurred a stroke in December 2002. I have received numerous physical therapy sessions without improvement of left-side paralysis and spasticity. I have read several articles suggesting RTMS as a potential solution for recovery. Do you know of a facility  in the Philippines who offer this procedure? If so, would you provide specifics regarding procedure such as cost, in or out-patient treatment, and approximate period of treatment? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
