    Fact: neither Africa nor South America have registered a single confirmed case of the Wuhan virus infection.  Fact: it is virtually statistically impossible that there are no cases of Wuhan viral infection in either the continent of Africa nor South America.  Conclusion: very likely there is unchecked spread of the Wuhan virus in both continents, thus this is already a pandemic.
