    Adhesions were found in colonoscopy, redundant colon and proctitis. No cancer, colitis, IBD. I get severely bloated and in pain. Constipation. A dull like pulling pain on lower left side..I have a small cyst that was found on ct scan but it's more my right side that always hurts. I've had a large cyst on my right ovary but eventually shrunk. I've always thought I have endometriosis but I know that's found through laprascopy. My question is could the adhesions be from having cysts on ovaries? I've never had any abdominal surgeries.
